the breakfast buffet amazed me with its fresh orange juice. i saw so many choices available at breakfast. the staff are friendly, they made my mornings so lovely. the room were super clean and spacious! i got great comfort!

The location was very convenient for accessing tourist attractions. It's close to the museum and souq waqif. bottled water was replenished daily in my room. the staff were polite and accommodating, which i appreciated after long days.
the cleaning woman did not replenish coffee for the coffee machine after cleaning my room, an inconvenience in the morning.

the breakfast was good. i especially liked the fruit drinks, it was perfect. the room was great too because i could see the ocean.
the pool was much smaller than i expected. also, i noticed a noticeable amount of dust on the decorative wood backboard above the bed.

The staff were REALLY attentive. Othman especially were really nice too ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Abdul gave us helpful directions to nearby monuments. The breakfast buffet featured a diverse range of delicious savory and sweet options. The king room was spacious, accommodating our family of three comfortably. I found the bathroom quite large. It had great features too.
The tv screens were outdated. I also noticed toiletries weren't replenished .

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area has twenty loungers. It offers a shaded section. I consider these amenities important.

The hotel is near several local attractions. A taxi ride to the city center took only about 15 minutes. I also noticed several restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Housekeeping services kept the room clean and tidy EVERY day. I really appreciated their attention to detail.

the air conditioning in my room was not effective the room felt stuffy. i reported this issue but it was not resolved . the carpets was stained and unclean a thorough cleaning or replacement is needed.
